Welcome to the beautiful city of Patra!

Patras is a vibrant city with an approximate population of a quarter of a million with very attractive and exciting events and lots of amenities. It successfully combines the advantages of a modern city with the charm of one with a very long history. The city offers a wide variety of cultural opportunities with many musical, theatrical events and festivals. In the Municipal Art Gallery and at several private galleries, painting and sculpture exhibitions by local and internationally known artists, take place. The most ancient traces of permanent human settlement in Patras have been traced during the Early Helladic period in the middle of the 3rd millennium B.C. and since then the area has been inhabited continuously.

Olympion Dialysis Centre is part of an advanced clinic and provides modern renal facilities. Easy to reach by public transportation or by car offers free parking. The facility which accommodates in the lower level serves local and foreign patients visiting the city of Patras. The reception, waiting room and dialysis rooms are situated on the ground floor offering natural light and all technical amenities and facilities for the patients.

We offer several dialysis treatment options which include hemodialysis and on-line hemodiafiltration using the Baxter technical equipment.

Free Wi-Fi. During the treatment we serve sandwiches and juices to the patients. Free Coffee and tea can be requested at any time.

Our units are equipped with Baxter’s technical equipment.

Our friendly multilingual team, experienced nephrologists and the administrative staff that coordinate your dialysis before and during your stay will be pleased to assist you before your arrival and welcome you at the unit.

Our unit offers ambulance transport from your accommodation to our facility. Transportation from the hotels around the city of Patras can easily be arranged contacting the unit’s staff.

In addition, we provide all patients with the possibility of immediate transfer to the nearest hospital in case of emergency. To receive transportation rates, please send us your hotel name or holiday accommodation. Our team will be happy to assist you in organizing transportation to and from our unit.

In order to secure you treatment at our unit in Patra and the time slot, the patient needs to get in contact with us minimum three month before planning the vacation in Patra. The appointment will be reserved for the patient and only after the review of medical files by our nephrologist, the final confirmation and treatments times will be confirmed.
